About Me
Movement has always been a part of my life — but my true journey began in 2009, after a serious knee injury.
During a long rehabilitation, I learned to rebuild my body, regain balance, and trust my strength again. This experience shaped the way I move and how I guide others today.
For me, Balance is more than a physical state — it’s inner stability, presence, and a return to yourself. My classes focus not on performance, but on awareness, breath, and reconnecting with your body.
Pilates – core strengthening, posture improvement, injury prevention and recovery
Hatha Yoga – grounding, breath-based practice in natural outdoor settings
Aerial Yoga – creative and decompressing yoga using a hammock
SUP Yoga – relaxing and balancing yoga on a paddleboard, on water
Through my classes, I help people reconnect with their body, release stress, and build confidence — on land, on water, or in the air.
Move with awareness. Breathe with presence. Return to yourself.
It was an honor to be invited to Switzerland in September for a yoga festival, where I guided participants in finding balance — one day through partner-assisted exercises, building connection and trust, and the next day aligning with the five elements in a nature-based practice inspired by Feng Shui principles.
Trust is the bridge between two hearts, and the path back to yourself.
When we open to trust, we find the harmony we’ve been seeking all along.
Movement in nature teaches us to flow, breathe, and simply be.
Balance begins with trust — in yourself, and in the world around you.
